Encouraging words
from attendees…

"I so enjoyed your sessions on the book of Ruth. I not only love the way you squeeze so much truth and insight out of each word and verse, but also relish the personal flair you lend, making Scripture applicable to our lives. I left filled to overflowing."
   Cindy

"You have a marvelous gift to be able to communicate so comfortably to a large group of people. Your spontaneity and your interjections of your personal experiences with the subject matter were excellent. I am amazed at how much I learned—not only about the Bible, but also about myself."
   Sue

"God has blessed you in writing and speaking about his Word and making it fun and very creative. I loved going through verse by verse to understand the entire meaning."
   Sherry

"I thought I understood all there was to know about the book of Ruth, but you blew me away with all the wonderful lessons you presented, as well as the real-life applications you gave."
   Judy

"You are a gifted storyteller and writer. I brought two friends with me and we all really enjoyed it."
   Amy

"Your study was wonderful! There were times when we laughed and times in which we cried. You bring God's Word alive."
   Renee

"I have studied Ruth before. However, God was able to add new meaning for me during the study and meet me where my growth is today. What a blessing!"
   Melinda

"I am amazed at the amount of background material that you include in your studies. I thoroughly enjoy the little details and the when, where, what and why of a story. I thank God for working through you in such a loving and inspirational way."
   Cheri

"It was great fun. I had no idea what a treat (and experience) it would be. I sat by myself and still loved it! This is a study for the daughters, about the daughters and told by the daughters of God. So, mother, daughter, sister, friend—keep your eyes peeled for this one."

An uplifting new program from Liz Curtis Higgs

Beneath His Wings

He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge.

Psalms 91:4

Every woman shares the same deep longings, however unspoken: to know she is free from harm; to know she is not alone; to know her future is secure. When our lives seem far from safe and anything but sure, what a comfort to know where to turn.

Retreat beneath his wings
And in his grace confide!

ILLIAM COWPER

Best-selling author Liz Curtis Higgs explores the stories of two women in Scripture who sought shelter beneath God’s comforting wings: Naomi, a widow embittered by loss, and Ruth, a foreigner emboldened by faith. In their struggles we’ll see our own challenges addressed. In their discoveries we’ll find our own needs met.

May you be richly rewarded
by the Lord, the God of Israel,
under whose wings
you have come to take refuge.
Ruth 2:12

Verse by verse, the book of Ruth reveals the depth of God’s love for us—his generous, trustworthy, steadfast love. If you enjoy meaningful journeys and redemptive endings, shared with humor, honesty, and hope, you’ve come to the right place!
